Ready to literally dive deeper?! Then this course is perfect for you to further your scuba skills you acquired from your Open Water Course!
#3. Rescue Diver Class
Did you ever want to dive deeper into a certain area of scuba expertise? We offer a variety of unique rescue skills to choose from!
#1. Open Water: $800
• Custom, flexible schedule to fit your preference!
• Length of Time: 3-4 days (Total of 4 dives)
• First 1-2 days are confined water skills where we will practice all in water skills in a shallow controlled environment
• 1 day Open Water shore diving to experience Hawaii’s fun dive sites
• 1 day Open Water boat diving to explore Oahu’s local south shore reefs
• After completion of this course you will be able to dive to 60 ft (with a dive buddy, of course)
• Students are required to bring mask, snorkel, and scuba appropriate fins
• Must complete your ELearning/bookwork before we work together in person, in order to meet our qualifications before we get in the water
We will make sure to provide great quality dives that you will remember for a lifetime as you start your diving adventures with your PADI Open Water Certification that never expires!
#2. Advanced: $695
• After completion of this course you will be able to dive to 100ft
• Length of Time: 3 days (total of 5 dives) 4 dives from boat and 1 from shore
• 1 of 5 dives will be exploring a fun dive site at a deeper depth than previous the certification allowed
• 1 of 5 dives will be conquering underwater navigation
• 3 of 5 dives you will get to pick from a variety of SpecialSea Skills to try
• Prerequisite: Must be Open Water Scuba certified
• Students are required to bring mask, snorkel, and scuba appropriate fins
• Must complete your ELearning/bookwork before we work together in person
#3. Emergency First Responder (EFR): $100
• Length of Time: ½ Day
• Practice up to date CPR skills for adults, children, and infants
• Learn how to use an AED device paired with CPR
• Further secondary care skills of responding to serious bleeding and splinting exercises
• Becoming more aware in scene safety with different scenarios
• Perform post injury and illness interviews
• Learn how to respond to a choking victim and how to administer an epipen for an allergic reaction
• Emergency First Responder course is required (Or CPR equivalent organization) for the Rescue course and must be within 24 months.
#4 Rescue + Emergency O2 SpecialSea: $600
• Length of Time: 2 Days
• Over 2 days from shore, you will go over various diver safety scenarios that could occur while diving
• Scenarios include how to handle panic or tired diver on the surface and underwater
• Surfacing and performing in water rescue breaths to a unresponsive diver and how to tow to shore/boat
• How to rescue a responsive and unresponsive diver out of the water to start follow up emergency procedures
• Practicing missing diver procedures and reviewing and practicing underwater search patterns
• Expanding diver awareness and safety preparedness for diver emergencies
• Introduce and practice use of Emergency O2 and how to administer it to a responsive and unresponsive diver
• Prerequisite: Must be Advanced Open Water Certified and have a current EFR Certification (Or CPR equivalent), can be added on for $100
• Students are required to bring mask, snorkel, and scuba appropriate fins
• Must complete your ELearning/bookwork before we work together in person
You will feel more confident as a diver to act in any diver emergencies and be a more prepared dive buddy for the future!
Dive Master: $1,800
The Dive Master (DM) program is the first level into the professional field of the wonderful world of scuba diving. This class will prepare the Dive Master Candidate (DMC) to:
• Lead divers in local diving
• Assist Instructors in scuba classes
• Job opportunities in the diving field
• More diving experience and awareness in the water
• Practice and prepare for the in’s and out’s of diver safety in and out of the water
• Assist and Lead Discover Scuba Divers
• Length of time: Various based on the DMC’s days off availability (On average 3-4 weeks)

• Boat experience and etiquette working on boats
• Boat diving
• Shore diving
• Confined water/pool skill practice
• Assisting in real life scuba classes
• Underwater navigation practice
• Assisting and leading Discover Scuba Divers
• Fine tuning current scuba skills
What equipment is needed and prerequisites before starting the course:
• Must own full scuba gear
• 40 logged dives to start course
• Pass a medical physical
• Must be a Rescue Diver
• Must have a current within 24 months EFR/CPR certifications
Master Scuba Diver: POA
Master Scuba Diver is the highest non-professional level of PADI scuba diving one can achieve. By the end of this certification, you will have completed a variety of diving skills that will make you an elite and safe scuba diver!
To complete this certification you will be:
• Free Advanced Open Water certification
• Rescue Certified
• Emergency First Responder Certified (CPR equivalent) within 24 months
• 50 logged dives (in training and on one's own)
• Earned 5 SpecialSeas includes:
• NITROX
• Dive Against Debris
• Wreck
• Peak Performance Buoyancy
• Student Choice for last SpecialSea
Students are required to bring mask, snorkel, and scuba appropriate fins. Must complete your ELearning/bookwork before we work together in person.
